HOW WE HANDLE EACH REQUEST 橋

Requests & Order Terms

What to expect when asking us to source a part, reviewing a quote, and receiving an order.

1. Start with an inquiry

Hashi Auto sources Japanese automotive parts for U.S. customers and welcomes inquiries from other countries where suitable shipping arrangements can be confirmed. We also review preliminary U.S.-to-Japan automotive-parts sourcing inquiries. Tell us your vehicle, the part you need, your budget and destination country. An inquiry is not an order, and submitting the form does not commit you to a purchase. Part availability, condition, price and sourcing success cannot be guaranteed.

2. Review the quote before paying

If we identify an option, we will explain the proposed part and condition, supplier availability, the applicable sourcing or service fee, estimated shipping and other relevant charges, destination limitations, and the available delivery arrangement. Taxes, duties, insurance (if available), and responsibility for customs charges will be addressed for the particular transaction. Ask questions before approving.

We do not purchase your part without an accepted quote and the payment required by the agreed invoice.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Before supplier purchase: You may request cancellation before a supplier purchase has been made. Any charge for sourcing work already completed must be disclosed and agreed before payment.

After supplier purchase: Cancellation, return and refund options depend on the individual order, relevant supplier conditions, the written terms agreed before payment, and applicable law. We do not impose a blanket “all sales final” rule on every inquiry.

Nothing in these general guidelines limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights you have under applicable law.

4. If something arrives wrong, damaged, or missing

Email us at contact@hashiauto.net as soon as possible. Include your invoice or request details and any available photographs of the part, packaging, labels, or damage. We will review the situation and the relevant supplier and carrier arrangements, then explain the next steps and available remedies, including any rights required by law.

5. Shipping, timing and destination

Worldwide shipping inquiries are welcome for Japanese automotive parts, but shipping to every country or for every item is not guaranteed. We verify the destination, carrier availability, import/export restrictions, product eligibility, packing needs, and all applicable shipping costs before an order is accepted. U.S.-to-Japan sourcing requests are preliminary and do not guarantee acceptance or a reverse-route shipment. Shipping methods, estimated delivery timelines, tracking, customs requirements, taxes and duties, and risk allocation are specific to each approved quote. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

If shipment is delayed or cannot proceed, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation and refund rights where applicable. Requirements under relevant consumer-protection laws still apply.

6. Payment and questions

After you approve a quote, Hashi Auto uses its existing PayPal Business invoicing workflow. This website does not process payments or store credit-card numbers. Your individual quote and invoice provide the transaction-specific terms.

For questions about an inquiry, a proposed quote, or an order, email us at contact@hashiauto.net.
